Event Overview
This practice will first carry you in the body and the breath as the gateway to connect to your sensations. We will explore yoga postures, somatic movement and breathwork to prepare the nervous system and welcome in the yoga nidra practice that will follow.
Yoga Nidra is an elixir for human beings, especially if they are anxious, stressed, overworked, subject to dense energy or profound healing work. In this entire practice, we will recalibrate our core energy by the combination of movement and deep relaxation experience that will open the portal to our inner resources.
This series is welcome to all those who wish to dive into their subconscious and let a nourishing print in their entire self.
