Join Nectar Yoga Creatrix, Andrea Clark, at Bowen Island’s new studio, Sweat The Technique, for an in-depth evening of Pranayama (conscious breath), Dhyana (meditation), Asana (yogic movement), Savasana (guided relaxation), and Sharing. 

This special workshop series is intended for those who want to build (or rebuild) their practice from a strong foundation. 

This progressive evening series will build on each other. Join one workshop, or for an immersive experience, or join all four to move through the entire body, from the ground up. 

In Workshop 3 we will cover:

The types of movement in the spine and pelvis

The anterior and posterior chain 

How to safely back bend

Standing postures in relation to the spine & pelvis

Radiating from a strong center

Hands-on assists for the spine

 

This workshop includes Pranayama, Meditation, movement focused on the spine + pelvis, and a long guided relaxation to close.
