Event Overview
Join us for 3 days of learning ethics, philosophy, yoga humanities + anatomy. Dive into the living yoga practice with Tina Pashumati James under the veil of Indigenous wisdom and the natural influences of Mother Earth. Explore historical yoga texts, lineages, and the mechanics behind yoga asana poses.
This module encompasses the themes and energies surrounding the element of Fire + The Path of the Eagle.
The days will run 6:30am - 9:30pm with three, 1-hour breaks throughout the day for meals (provided).
The theme of the week is influenced by the natural element and influences of Fire energy. We will cover a variety of yoga anatomy, physiology, philosophy, sequencing, techniques, meditation and pranayama methods. We will also explore various lineages, historical texts, and ethics relating to the true yoga practice, stewardship of Mother Earth, and Indigenous Reconciliation + wisdom.
