We are pleased to host this offering led by Jacqueline Wener in our sacred Yoga Dome each Thursday for the month of September.
Event Overview:
In this 4-week kundalini yoga series, we will explore the concept of Devotion to Self. Through breathwork, conscious movement, mantra and meditation we will learn how to listen to and honor the body’s wisdom.
We will begin the series by calming the nervous system and grounding our energy into the earth. From here, we will learn how to tap into our power center to access our own unique truth, and then how to honor that truth by opening the heart and the throat centers. Finally, we will work together to access our inherent wisdom by tapping into our intuition and accessing the collective wisdom of the ages.
Classes are for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. While every movement will not work for everybody we learn how to listen to our body’s wisdom and adjust the movements to suit our circumstances.
