Join teacher and runner, Katherine Moore for a weekend to connect with nature and yourself.
Connect with like-minded individuals at a retreat that is much more than your typical getaway. Wake up with guided, morning meditations and an awakening all-levels Vinyasa yoga practice. Explore the trails in the afternoon to learn running drills that will improve your form and technique. Relax in peaceful cottages in the forest and enjoy thoughtfully prepared vegetarian meals. Swim with the luminescence, unwind, create friendships, laugh, dance, find stillness and retreat for the goodness of the soul.

ABOUT THE HOST
Katherine created Meditation in Motion Retreats in 2015 as a way to build community and long lasting friendships. To help create further communities, she founded www.kmrunclub.com, an all-levels run club, to connect and spread her passion of running with everyone.
She loves holding retreats at www.nectaryoga.ca . It is close to the city, so you do not have to travel too far, but when you arrive you feel surrounded by nature and calm. Katherine believes just arriving at Nectar has a healing vibration with space you need to completely relax.
