ABOUT THE HOST

Julia Seadon is a registered clinical counselor based in North Vancouver BC. Julia is passionate about supporting and guiding women on their life journey and helping them achieve their most fulfilling and wholehearted lives. Having navigated her own separation and recently having endured a major health crisis, Julia came to the realization that changes needed to be made to start living her life with more intention. In the past decade she has found her yoga and mindfulness practices to be instrumental to living with greater solace and peace and these influences weave their way into her work. When Julia is not working or spending time with her children, she is playing in the mountains on her bike and skis.
