We are pleased to host this day retreat led by Yvette Lalonde and Taraneh Erfan.
Come spend the day awakening to your self-expression through dance, writing, ritual, and community. This day retreat is designed to foster connection, expression and discovery of your inner landscape in a space that encourages real, raw connection for all bodies and identities.
When embodied creativity is centred, magic happens.
This is a sacred space for you: a space to be, to feel, to explore, to express, and to discover your curiosity and cravings in a playful yet deep way.
