Fall Meditation + Mindfulness Retreat With Carolyn Anne Budgell

RETREAT OVERVIEW

Join Carolyn for the perfect getaway to transition into the winter months while creating new intentions for growth. During this meditation-focused retreat, we will enjoy various Breathwork, Guided & Silent Meditation, and Soothing Yoga practices to give the entire system a reset. While immersed in nature with like-minded beings, the invitation will be to take stock, release and listen with more clarity. Our practice space at Nectar is in a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled into the trees alongside a babbling creek. The entire experience will fill you with all the grounding and reconnection you seek.

This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island, BC). To read more about Nectar Yoga, click here.
