This course runs Monday to Friday for 4 consecutive weeks
This 4-week teacher training course led by Tina Pashumati James is a complete immersion in the yoga lifestyle, as well as the natural lessons and wisdom shared by Mother Earth.
This immersive 200-hour training is designed to ignite a refined awareness and draws on the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga, and Bhakti yoga with truth and mindfulness; as well as the more subtle techniques of Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation, to charge and balance the body, mind and Chakras.
We will offer all the hours you need for your 200-hour certification and all other specifications required by Yoga Alliance through the Shantiseva Yoga Training School.
Together we will build on the knowledge and foundation not just for teaching but also how to practice the living yoga.
We believe that being a great yoga teacher means having a deep understanding and experience of all aspects of Yoga and life, both the ancient practices and our modern approach. It is a lifestyle and a commitment to being the best version of yourself, on and off the mat.
Rest in the embrace of stillness and fully immerse yourself in the teachings of the living yoga through the beauty of Nature, a plant-based diet, the understanding of the land's medical plants, [specifically mushroom-related health], and how to treat the physical, mental, emotional, + spiritual well being.
