A Mindful Movement Online Yoga Class To Recharge + Relax
Where: Live Online via Zoom
This 90-minute virtual class will be an opportunity for you to sync with the natural rhythms of the Spring season through movement.
We will start with a flowing asana practice focused on awakening the anterior chain and open the heart. The second half of the class will emphasize slowing down and deep listening. We will close with a soft guided Shavasana to move seamlessly into the dream world. All movements will have modifications provided.
Under the ("yoga-sister" science) of Ayurveda, we are moving from Kapha to Pitta season, a plentiful time of new growth in nature and in ourselves. This is the moment to move with intention and awaken to the rising light of the Spring season.
