Dates: Wednesdays March 31 - April 21, 2021
Class Description: Yang/Yin is a style of yoga that combines two "opposite" energies. Class will begin with a heat-building flow where you will move through postures that are designed to strengthen the body (Yang). The last half of the class will move you into stillness, holding postures for a longer period of time in order to access the deep connective tissues and fascia in the body (Yin). This is a popular style of class that brings together what Sarah calls "the best of both worlds". Walk away feeling refreshed, energized, and grounded. All levels welcome.

*COVID-19 Protocols in place in adherence with current government mandated regulations. Classes will take place via Zoom in the event of government mandated lockdown or heavy snow. You will receive an email 2 days prior to your first class with our health and safety policy*

Preregistration is required for the full 4 week series, March 31 - April 21, 2021.
