2020 has been a year we will all remember! Many of us have been at home much more and many of us have developed (some) unhealthy habits that limit us from living our best, most creative lives. Since we can’t gather for our yearly in-person group retreat, we have decided to offer our beloved New Year Liquid Reset online. This will be an opportunity to practice in community, to get clear on your intentions for 2021, to refuel your body with nourishing slow-pressed juices and to develop some new habits that will carry you through the Winter season.

THE WELCOME CIRCLE
Andrea, Creatrix of Nectar Yoga, will lead you through this 3-day Liquid Reset. We will begin our cleanse with a Welcome Circle that everyone is encouraged to participate in. We will review the Juice Cleanse schedule, what to expect, tips for the most optimal experience, group introductions and a deep-dive into a guided 2021 intention setting session.
