Dates: Thursdays 10 - 11am, April 1 - April 22, 2021
Class Description This class will slowly move you through various hatha yoga postures, linked with breath. Enjoy dynamic sequencing focused on increasing strength and mobility. All levels welcome.

*COVID-19 Protocols in place in adherence with current government mandated regulations. Classes will take place via Zoom in the event of government mandated lockdown or heavy snow. You will receive an email 2 days prior to your first class with our health and safety policy*
