Dates: Tuesdays 10-11am March 30 - April 20, 2021
Class Description: Learn to move with mindfulness and intention in this gentle flow series. Each class will have a specific focus/intention to guide your practice and will end with a guided seated meditation. Walk away with a sense of ease, stillness and calm. All levels are welcome.

*COVID-19 Protocols in place in adherence with current government mandated regulations. Classes will take place via Zoom in the event of government mandated lockdown or heavy snow. You will receive an email 2 days prior to your first class with our health and safety policy*
