This getaway will be a perfect way to transition into the New Year.
Over 3 days and 2 nights, we will explore many types of Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathing practices to give the entire system a reset. Come slow down and create space for new intentions and for healing. There will be minimal gentle Spa Yoga included on this meditation retreat. While immersed in nature with like-minded beings, the invitation will be to take stock, release and listen with more clarity.
