Collective Feminine Healing and Connection

 In the great spiritual tradition, we have used archetypal work to explore different facets of our being. This series of retreats is dedicated to the power of the elements and their dominant energies that reside within us. It is in the dance of the body's two great energies that we connect with our powerful selves. The masculine energy (consciousness) explored through fire and air elements, and the feminine energy (feeling) explored through water and earth elements. 

Sitting in a circle and sharing our experiences with other women is a really powerful place to lend and invite transformative work to begin our journey and understand at a deeper level the profound work that is to be human. Our journey will be supported by cacao medicine, somatic experience, dance, ritual theater, journaling, yin yoga, and meditation.

The feminine energy in you is wild, free, and untamed. It ignores the unwritten rules and boundaries that society has constructed for it while rising above them and carving its own path for the soul. 

The elements of water and earth, which exist in all living things on earth, reveal their true nature in the feminine part of our being. This power within leads us to explore nurturing, maternal and affectionate energies, beauty, sensuality and attraction, creativity and inspiration in their purest forms, abundance, the certainty that the earth will always provide enough, intuition, and total openness to receiving.
