Befriending Ourselves Retreat

5 Days of Movement, Breathwork, and Meditation on Bowen Island

February 3-7, 2025

Join Jacqueline Wener for a transformative 4-night retreat at the Conde Nast Traveler acclaimed yoga and meditation centre, Nectar on Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island), where winter invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies. This is a time for profound healing and restoration.

Through breathwork, meditation practices, dance, and kundalini yoga, we’ll cultivate a deeper relationship with our bodies and emotions. Journaling and group process work will provide space for personal reflection and group shares, creating a supportive environment for desired shifts.

Our time together will nurture harmony and balance in your energetic system, offering an opportunity to open channels and invite energy to flow effortlessly.
