Accessible Pricing Initiative For Groups
Nectar’s commitment is to prioritize accessibility, acknowledging and addressing the financial disparities that disproportionately affect racialized and otherwise marginalized groups. We strive for inclusivity by acknowledging and actively addressing systemic barriers that hinder access to wellness experiences.
Twice a year, we open our entire Nectar Yoga Retreat grounds for our 'Pay What You Can For Groups' initiative, catering to organizations doing impactful work but facing financial constraints. Instead of our standard rental price, we request a minimum amount to cover essential costs like utilities, cleaning and meals.
This program offers a comprehensive 2-night weekday stay across Nectar grounds, featuring accommodations in Scandinavian-inspired cottages and rooms, and enjoy nourishing plant-based meals crafted from seasonal, whole ingredients. Retreat hosts can lead and provide programming during this getaway to the backdrop of the lush Pacific Northwest forest.
We encourage leaders who are Black, Indigenous, of colour, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiverse or have disabilities, and are space holders for marginalized groups, to apply using the form below. If you're not a leader but want to nominate an organization, we welcome your submissions as well.

‘Pay What You Can for Groups’ Program Guidelines
Please note that due to limited availability, a selection process is in place. While we deeply appreciate all inquiries, kindly understand that we may not be able to accommodate all applications at this time.
This special offering is exclusive to two-night weekday stays, available either from Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday. Should you wish to extend your retreat beyond the two-night duration, additional nights will be charged at the standard rate.
Please note that GST is applicable to the sliding scale portion of your payment.
The ‘Pay What You Can for Groups’ program applies specifically to the rental of Nectar grounds. Any additional services will be charged at their full retail value.
To ensure that more groups can access and benefit from this initiative, leaders can only participate in the ‘Pay What You Can for Groups’ program once.
