Harmony Shire has been a certified Yin Yoga Teacher 12 years and a Registered Massage therapist specializing in fascial, craniosacral, visceral and osteopathic modalities for 19. In her classes she weaves the wisdom of her fascial therapies and somatic experience into the traditional long held poses of yin yoga.
