PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Nectar is excited to co-create Community Yin classes. Harmony Shire has been a certified Yin Yoga Teacher for 12 years and a Registered Massage therapist specializing in fascial, craniosacral, visceral and osteopathic modalities for 19. In her classes she weaves the wisdom of her fascial therapies and somatic experience into the traditional long held poses of yin yoga. With her Crystalline Energy training Harmony helps to weave energetic releases and blockages individually and collectively in the space, holding a sacred container for the medicine of the practice to flow. In her classes you can expect to have the space and time to land deeply into your own inner work while being guided with your breath to feel your way into healing.
